Easy CD/DVD Recorder is an easy to use utility to record files and folders to CDs/DVDs. As you know, the Windows XP CD burning program has very poor capabilities. So Easy CD/DVD Recorder can be an excellent alternative. The package includes 2 programs – Easy CD/DVD Recorder and DVD Crab and Burn. It works with audio, video and data contents. The main features of the program are: data disks creation (including mutisession ones), disks erasing (supports both full and fast erase) and boot disks creation.
This program allows you to burn any kind of disks from audio CDs to high-definition videos. It supports the following disks’ formats: CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW. You can make audio from WAV, MP3, WMA, OGG, ASF, WMF files. Besides, it provides two audio compression and decompression APi – high and low level. As for video, the program allows to make video CD, SVSD and even DVD video from a movie in any video format.
Easy CD/DVD Recorder has an easy and clear interface, and can be used by both novices and professionals. It allows to record disks just in 3 steps. If you are an experienced user, you can use also the “Expert mode” and make specific settings for the burning process. In addition, the program allows you to adjust the disk space restriction manually. Erase or rewrite CD-RW disks, create double-layer DVDs and perform any burning task. At last, the program offers you various themes and skins for the interface (Win XP, Office XP, Widows Vista, and many more). Choose them from the “View” menu option. You can test the program by downloading a 30-days trial version. But, unfortunately, it has limitation and won’t burn disks.
